VoltSyncra uses a server account so your identity and entitlement can be recognized across supported installations.
Creating an account
Use the registration screen in the VoltSyncra application. Use an email address you can keep access to. Your password should meet the requirements shown by the application.
Signing in on another device
Sign in with the same account. Device activation and entitlement rules may limit how installations are used depending on the current plan or beta program.
Trial and entitlement
The server can determine whether an account is in a trial period or has an active entitlement. The application should display the current account state rather than requiring you to keep track of dates manually.
Beta testers
Accounts designated for beta testing may receive a special entitlement. If you believe your beta access is missing, collect the account email and the exact message displayed by VoltSyncra and contact support.
Security
Do not send passwords, Bluetooth PINs, PUK codes, signing keys, or other secrets in a public support post. When reporting an issue, provide device model information and error text instead.
